Our partners rely on us to meet their goals, so quality is key. In general, our whole organisation works according to a quality management system that meets the requirements of the NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Quality Assurance team monitors the application of the quality standards and plans internal audits and feedback sessions.

Our well-equipped laboratory has been NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA) for a large number of laboratory tests (registration number L120 Testing).

For the organisation of most of the proficiency schemes for antibody detection and molecular biology (registration number R016 Prof. Testing) GD has been accredited according to NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17043:2010.

We conduct evaluations and studies in accordance with international standards and guidelines such as the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), VICH and OIE. We can conduct studies in compliance with the OECD principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and have obtained an endorsement of compliance from the Dutch GLP inspectorate.

In addition, we maintain an information management system that meets NEN ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. Big data is becoming increasingly important in our field of expertise and can therefore no longer be viewed separately from information security.
